Hybridge/Virtual Training Plan
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we proposed to organize training into hybridge/virtual for social distancing.
Two main activities:
1 Train the trainers
- Virtual field trip activity
- Smart farmers (G2) are trained to use the online training equipment and presentation skill.
- 5 days training
2 Train the farmers
- Farmers (G1) participlat hybridge/virtual training
- 40 days training
- 4 training modules:
* Farm Management
* Smart Farm technology
* Digital Marketing
* Agricultural Standard (GAP and Organic)
- Training duration: 1 month/module
- Activities
* Seminar (theory): 1 hour
* Virtual Field Trip (VFT): 1 hour
* Workshop (practice): 2 hours
* Special session: Bi-weekly
